Andrew graduated from Kansas State University in 2005 with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice.  While at Kansas State Andrew had a successful collegiate athletic career competing for the Wildcats under Head Coach Bill Snyder. After his collegiate career came to a close, Andrew enrolled in law school at University of Massachusetts School of Law, and received his Juris Doctor. Prior to and during his tenure at law school, Andrew spent 3 years employed by Murphy and Associates Law Firm an in house affiliate of Dwyer & Collora, one of Boston’s leading white collar defense firms. As it pertains to his academic legal pursuits, in addition to criminal law, his primary areas of concentration are real estate law, contract law, conveyancing, criminal law, and business organizations. Andrew also has extensive experience in commercial asset underwriting, projection qualification, and risk analysis. Concurrently, Andrew is a Co-Founder and Principal of Incremental Development.

Tim graduated from Boston College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and was on full athletic scholarship for football. He was a team captain and winner of the Scanlan Award, the highest honor for all-round athletic, academic and community excellence. Following his time at BC, Tim had a successful seven-year NFL career. He was a part of the Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans and New England Patriots.  While still an active player, Tim co-founded Incremental Development and also completed the Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management- NFL sponsored Business Management and Entrepreneurial Program. Upon retiring from the NFL in 2013, Tim continued his role at Incremental Development while concurrently serving as an investment advisor for Cambridge Capital Advisors, a commercial real estate firm that provides brokerage and consulting services to private and institutional clients throughout the country. Tim has extensive experience as both an owner and an advisor, in commercial asset underwriting, deal generation, offering memorandum development, projection qualification, risk analysis, and client representation. Timothy is a licensed real estate professional, and a Co-Founder and Principal of Incremental Development. Tim is excited to bring his skills, network and experience and concentrate solely on Incremental Development.

Nick graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2007 with a Bachelors degree in Design and graduate studies in advanced Marketing and Design. While at Notre Dame, Nick had both a successful collegiate athletic and academic career competing for the Irish football team under Head Coach Charlie Weis. After his collegiate career came to a close, Nick returned to Massachusetts and worked as a Project Engineer for a Massachusetts based General Contractor and Construction Company, where he held his own Construction Supervisor's License. Nick then went on to work for a Commercial Integrated Interiors firm, specializing in furniture systems, architectural products and audio-visual technologies. Having extensive experience with project qualification, risk analysis, commercial build outs, and real estate development, he looks forward to utilizing his skills under the umbrella of Incremental Development.
